Xu Jian, president of China’s National Machinery Industry Corp paid a visit to the Suzhou Electromachining Machine Tool Research Institute, in the city of Suzhou, Jiangsu province, on March 8, where he got a first-hand look at the production line, and got an understanding of the key technology, equipment, R&D, achievements, market demand and enterprise innovation.

Next, Xu heard a report of the institute’s problems and challenges, its work plan, Party development, and fight against corruption and said he recognized its innovative ability, and had some suggestions on enterprise transformation, market development, technology innovation, talent development, and equity incentives.
